NOVOCOLOR Liquid Colors
In addition to NOVOCOLOR liquid colors and NOVOSYSTEMS dosing pumps, we also produce the NOVOCLEAN cleaning agent for all machines processing plastics.
The use of NOVOCLEAN is, however, not necessary with NOVOCOLOR liquid colors as the carrier already acts as a cleaning agent.
For companies that have not yet chosen to work with liquid colors, NOVOCLEAN offers a non-abrasive way to clean deposits from the screw, arising from the use of masterbatch granules.
Essentially, these deposits are dissolved and then rinsed out.
This cleaning agent is simply added to the plastic with no great technical effort. The dosing of NOVOCLEAN can of course be carried out using our dosing pumps.
Experience has shown that the normal production process can continue during the application of NOVOCLEAN right up the actual color change.
